1. Zero adjustment of dial pointer type hydraulic (pendulum) universal testing machine: such as WE-B series digital display hydraulic universal testing machine, its task principle is also the principle of hydraulic loading. Before doing the test, according to the size of the ultimate load of the test piece, select the appropriate measuring air range and configure the corresponding pendulum. To adjust the zero position of this type of testing machine, you must first start the oil pump, make the task piston rise for an interval (10-20) mm and then stop, and then rotate the gear rod to make the pointer zero.

2. Zero adjustment of the dial type (pendulum) pressure testing machine: This type of pressure testing machine is mainly used for the compressive strength test of the cement test block. Point out the load value acting on the sample, and adopt the tangent pendulum force measuring mechanism. Before doing the experiment, according to the size of the ultimate load of the test piece, select the appropriate measuring air range, and configure the corresponding pendulum, and make the pointer point to the zero position. During zero adjustment, start the oil pump motor, close the oil return valve, open the oil delivery valve, and raise the piston (10-20) mm to make the external resistance in a balanced form, and then gently turn the screw by hand to make the pointer align to the zero position .

3. Microcomputer-controlled electronic universal testing machine for zero adjustment: This type of universal data testing machine uses a motor to drive a ball screw to apply force, and a high-precision strain gauge force sensor measures the force. There is no need to raise the task platform for a period of time before zeroing. There is no need to adjust the balance of the measuring force system. Only the zero adjustment knob (or mouse) of the testing machine can be used to adjust the initial force to zero.

4. Digital display, screen display pressure, universal material testing machine zero adjustment: At present, this type of testing machine is more widely used. It uses a force sensor to measure the force. The force is displayed as zero. Because this type of testing machine is still driven by the hydraulic cylinder to push the task piston, the oil pump must be started and the task piston raised (10-20) mm before it can be stopped before zero adjustment. If the oil pump is not started and the task piston is raised for a certain interval and then adjusted to zero, the experimental force will be increased, which will result in a large error in the experiment.

5. Microcomputer-controlled electro-hydraulic servo universal material testing machine for zero adjustment: The force measurement of this type of universal data testing machine uses a force sensor, which uses the main engine oil cylinder as the power source, so before zero adjustment, the oil pump must be started and the task piston raised ( 10~20)mm before stopping. The range of this type of testing machine is divided into multiple levels. When zeroing, the range should be set to the smallest level, and then use the zero adjustment installation to make the experimental force display zero, and then stop the adjustment of the full range of the experimental force. . This type of testing machine has an imitating dial display, so the initial force and the heart force value displayed on the screen should be adjusted to the difference from the display on the dial.
